Premix Combustion system
Use: this premix combustion system ensure that the air and gas can control effectively and completely mix before burning to achieve more stable combustion flame and burn more fully(that is low carbon monoxide).
Explain: the system consists of the following parts:
1.Fan
2.Combustion rate control system
3.Air/gas ratio control system(include CO analysize and auto-control system)
4.Anti-backfire machine
5.Burner
The system has the following advantages:
Premix burning system, combust fully, heat efficiency is improved more than 150% compared with open-hearth furnace;
Humanized design, with multiple safety measures to ensure safe operation;
Stable air pressure control system to ensure more stable combustion flame;
Change of burning rate, do not change combustion atmosphere, do not need to frequently adjust combustion system;
Easy to adjust combustion atmosphere, can better control copper liquids oxygen content and temperature, emission standard is far higher than the national requirement.
