It is depending on the demand of national Hypoxia Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling production, absorbing foreign advanced technology of designing melting equipments, which adopts liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), natural gas as fuel, melting the cathode copper into hypoxia copper liquid continuously. It is the first choice of copper melting equipment which produces hypoxia rod, copper strip and continuous casting and rolling system.
Vertical High Efficiency Energy-saving Copper Melting Furnace and Premix Burning Machine consist of vertical furnace, charging system, premix burning system, multi-high pressure fan blast system and so on.
As per the melting speed, it can be devided into many specifications from 8 to 48T/h. Our company has owned 5 sets of vertical furnaces designing and manufacturing experiences, and the production is 8T/h,14T/H, and 48T/h, which is equiped with Italian Continuous Casting and Rolling Line(8T/H), American SRC Line(48T/h) and Copper pipe Pressing Line(14T/h). Now they are all in normal operation.
